Leonie Schelke is a leader in filler safety. She teaches and lectures at international conferences on the use of ultrasound for injectables. Leonie now has more than 20 years of experience in the treatment of injectables (Botox, fillers).
As a cosmetic doctor KNMG, she practices non-cutting cosmetic medicine. The aim is to keep ageing skin healthy. Thus, she treats skin problems and skin ageing.
In 2020, Dr Schelke received her PhD on vascular complications after filler treatments. She has been solving other doctors' complications - including internationally - at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam for years. She is also still doing research on complications and filler safety. As a result, she has an unimaginable wealth of knowledge when it comes to safe treatment with fillers.
