We treat every complaint very seriously. We prefer to look for a fitting solution together with you. If you leave your name and contact details behind we will contact you as soon as possible.

You can also fill in this form anonymously. In this case we can however not reach out to you to discuss the issue further. In all cases we will record the complaint or suggestion for improvement in our constant process for improvement.
